Your overall Fitness Level is not just how much you exercise or how strong you are.
It’s not just about your percentage of body fat or how thin your waist line is. It’s more about how healthy of a lifestyle you are living in addition to the state of your mental and physical fitness. Fit people have more energy (physically and mentally), have a lower risk for disease, live longer, have less anxiety and depression and a more positive attitude. Who wouldn’t want that? We take a holistic approach to being fit. A variety of factors influence your overall fitness level including your nutrition, balance, strength, flexibility along with your mental, emotional and spiritual health. What’s the point of being able to run a marathon, if you are miserable at work or at home? That’s not a healthy way to live or a good quality of life. If you want to be fit, for starters, you need to forget about dieting, learn to take baby steps, and only chose exercise that you enjoy.
