Fun Fact 1: LOVE OF DANCE
Mollie grew up dancing and learning how to Salsa in her 30’s which is partially what led her to Venezuela and a desire to immerse herself so she could be fluent in Spanish (still a work in progress). FUN FACT 2: POWER OF PILATES
Mollie was introduced to mind body movement and healing techniques while rehabilitating herself from a back injury in 1998. Mollie’s interest in wellness was also inspired by her mother’s diagnosis and 13 year battle with breast cancer. Mollie has spent over 20 years studying traditional and alternative approaches to physical and mental wellbeing. Although Pilates is her thing, she's added a Yoga Hammock and Yoga Nidra to her rest toolbox. FUN FACT 4: adaptive sports
Mollie continues to be a Case Manager of interdisciplinary teams for complex Neuro patients in South Central Texas helping them reach their highest level of independence in their home and communities.
