Welcome to Core Power!

We help athletes & performing artists achieve their personal best without injury, overwhelm, or hours in the gym.

Ever wonder if you’ll ever:
  • Figure out what’s next in your training?
  •  Increase your race time?
  • Get back to 100% after your knee injury?
  • Find your core muscles?
  • Get in the zone?
  • Wake up pain free?

We can help…

We’ve worked with the top in our worlds- Mollie training at TIRR, a world renowned rehab center offering cutting edge treatments for complex neurological injuries and Ender working with elite and world champion athletes and performing artists like Anderson Silva UFC Middleweight Champ, Trey Hardee Silver Medalist London Decathelon, and Matthew McConaughy Actor.

We bring all that experience to you through our online Pilates and Yoga Power Coaching programs designed to boost your performance & keep you injury free.
If you're looking for an easy, feel good, go to sleep while getting relaxed massage, Ender is not your masseuse. If, like me, you want to be properly steeped and stretched, Ender's the man for the job. Through omni directional resistance stretching, the work Ender does reaps physiological benefits for weeks after each session. - Matthew McConaughey, Actor, Producer, Oscar Winner for Best Actor
We’re all born to move – it’s how our mind and body work best.  And we all struggle with consistency but you can increase your success with accountability, a goal and a plan.

You need to be challenged and have a workout that you can do where you spend most of your time – track, field, gym, hotel or home so you’re more likely to do it.  That’s where we can assist.  Our virtual training brings the COACH to you.

Become the athlete you’ve always dreamed about even if you’ve never touched your toes or think it’s too late.

WHO ARE YOU GUYS?

Picture
We come from different therapy backgrounds- Mollie the Physical Therapy world and Ender the Sports Massage and Training world but both of our careers led us to the healing and transformative  powers of mind body fitness methods of Pilates and Yoga.

We both had recovered from injuries using these methods- Mollie a back and Ender an ankle injury.  In order to share these techniques with our clients, in 2005 we opened a Pilates style fitness and massage studio in Austin, TX.

As we both started consulting more outside the studio, we noticed our clients got better results when training in their environment.

Our programs evolved into online boot camps and mini live camps so we could help our clients get to the top of their game no matter where they were located or what stage of athletic development they were in- from injury to world champ.

We blend our backgrounds to create core interval training programs that help you excel at your sport (or art).

We’ll show you how to:
  • find your flow
  • set your pace
  • build a strong powerhouse (core)
  • sharpen your focus
  • perfect your posture

So you can have better strength, stamina, flexibility and focus!
Ender with Thomas Barboza, Pro Soccer Player E.U. & South America
Ender with Anderson "Spider" Silva, UFC Middle Weight Champion at Black House LA preparing for UFC 117 July, 2010
Ender with Trey Hardee, World Champion Decathlete, Silver Medal London Olympics

WHAT IF I’M NOT AN OLYMPIAN?  ARE YOUR PROGRAMS STILL HELPFUL TO ME?

Yes and Welcome/Bienvenidos!  Our coaching programs are for anyone who wants to improve their level of performance in the areas of fitness, sports or the performing arts.

Whether you run, cycle, dance, act, play guitar or perform laparosopic surgery, our simple workouts will help you build strength, stamina, flexibility and focus.

Our training programs emphasize:
  • Workouts in your environment (track, field, gym, hotel or home)- make it part of your day versus an extra thing you’ve got to do.
  • Less is more- 10 minute interval training will do more for your fitness than 60 minute cardio session.
  • Quality over quantity- form is everything to build strength, power, and coordination.
  • Challenging to you but fun- core interval training is intense but effective.
  • Flexibility balanced with strength to improve performance and power.
  • Nature- it’s our best training partner for mind, body, soul- we love training outdoors or with pets.
  • Being gentle and kind to your body- torturing yourself is not a sustainable strategy for fitness.
  • That it’s never too late to improve your sports fitness level no matter your age or ability- if you want to learn to Tango, play tennis or train for a marathon at 80, DO IT!!! Age is just a number.
  • Finding a sport to train for will make it more fun and give you a goal to target for each competition (tennis match, 10K, SUP race).

We bring out the best in each other and strive to the same with you through our training programs designed to help you transform your health, sport or life.
Mollie was instrumental in helping me recover from plantar fasciitis that I contracted after training for a half-marathon.  Combining her traditional physical therapy skills and knowledge of Pilates Rehab, she was able to help get me running again.  She is also very in touch with the mind-body connection, and is a great resource if you are looking for a holistic approach to healthcare.  Throughout the years, she has helped my overall health by being a sounding board for how your thoughts and emotional issues affect your physical health.  I would highly recommend her to anyone needing rehab and/or anyone looking to create a balanced lifestyle. - Mindy K.

4 FUN FACTS ABOUT US

Mollie, Ender, Tyson & Teddie
Mollie & Ender Stand Up Paddle Town Lake Austin

1.  We met in Ender’s home country of Venezuela in 2004.  We knew fairly quickly that we wanted to start a life and business together (like really quick- we got married 5 months after we met- and no it wasn’t a shotgun wedding).

Despite an initial language barrier, we worked together to help Ender’s childhood friend recover and return to his new life after he had suffered a severe brain injury.  Yes it could be a Lifetime movie…

2.  We believe Stand Up Paddling rocks- the sport combines our love of nature, movement and a full body but mostly core challenge.

We believe the SUP sport is the most complete, full body workout to challenge the body, mind and spirit!

It’s excellent for cross training with any other sport.

3.  We love DOGS- our two beagle mixes are family to us and training partners.  We involve them in our workouts and training programs as much as possible.  That’s why we created our mindful running bootcamp, Fit Dawg, for you to do with your dogs.

4.  We are lifelong learners, constantly seeking out cutting edge, scientifically proven training tools to share with our clients.  Just ask our siblings, they joke that we always give them a book, podcast or video when they come visit.

We’ve found one of the best ways to learn is to travel- it’s how Ender met many of his many mentors and Mollie met her soul mate and a new culture/way of living.

We believe nothing is more healing than the restorative powers of moving in nature especially in exotic locations which led to our desire to organize Fitness Retreats for our clients.

HOW CAN I WORK WITH YOU?  I’M EXCITED ABOUT TRAINING SMARTER, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

Mollie Miller, Holistic Physical Therapist & Pilates Coach
Fun Fact 1: LOVE OF DANCE
Mollie grew up dancing and learning how to Salsa in her 30’s which is partially what led her to Venezuela and a desire to immerse herself so she could be fluent in Spanish (still a work in progress).
FUN FACT 2: POWER OF PILATES
Mollie was introduced to mind body movement and healing techniques while rehabilitating herself from a back injury in 1998.  She started a Pilates rehab program after trying unsuccessfully to heal her injury after a year of traditional treatments in Physical Therapy and Western Medicine.  Mollie’s back injury led her to look for ways to prevent injury/disease and understand the body, mind, soul connection.
FUN FACT 3: HOLISTIC HEALING
Mollie’s interest in wellness was also inspired by her mother’s diagnosis and 13 year battle with breast cancer.  Mollie has spent over 20 years studying traditional and alternative approaches to physical and mental wellbeing.  Although Pilates is her thing, she's added a Yoga Hammock and Yoga Nidra to her rest toolbox.
FUN FACT 4:  adaptive sports
Mollie continues to be a Case Manager of interdisciplinary teams for complex Neuro patients in South Central Texas helping them reach their highest level of independence in their home and communities.  She loves developing community reintegration programs such as Adaptive Rowing, Pilates Rehab, or Animal Assisted Therapy with dogs and horses.

Ender’s interest in sports and fitness comes from his athletic background in baseball, soccer and basketball while growing up in Maracaibo, Venezuela.  In the early 90’s, he was exposed to Yoga and Martial Arts, specifically Tai Chi, which opened his eyes to the mind-body connection.   His love for travel led him to a Zen Master and Harvard MD’s living in the Amazon of Venezuela and the opportunity to work with the most famous Shamans in the Amazon.
FUN FACT 2: adventure travel
Ender loves an adventure.  He studied Tourism and was a tour guide in the southern Amazon and Andian regions of Venezuela.  He guided tourists through nature and adventure activities such as hiking, climbing, biking and rafting.
FUN FACT 3: stand up Paddle quest
After taking up the sport of Stand Up Paddle in 2009, he completed the first leg of his Paddle Quest to Angle Falls in June 2013 where he and Jon Turk, author and kayak adventurer, paddled unassisted 15-20 miles a day over 21 days.  Ender prepared his body and mind using the tools and techniques that he teaches his clients and remained injury free.
